Hi everyone ! ^_^ Lately I have been thinking of taken the JLPT N5 test. I always thought of taken it but I always end up putting it off or forgetting all about it xD, but now I really want to take it and see what I need to improve and focus on in my Japanese studies. I know a lot of people usually skip the N5 test and go straight to N4 but , I'm not going to do that. Soooo yesterday I put in a order on amazon for a couple JLPT N5 textbooks to help me with my studies and what I might expect on the test. I have 8months long study for it. :D
Has anyone ever taken any of the JLPT? If you have , what was your experience ?
Was it what you expected ?
mata ne!
This blog will be about my experience/life studying abroad in #Japan. #studyingabroad #Japanese #culture

新学期に、また日本に戻る。嬉しい^^。Returning to Japan next year.
みんな、おはよう^_^。On Thursday I received some good news. I will be returning to Japan next year for the spring semester to study abroad もう一度 !!. I'm super excited ^_^! This time I will be staying in Japan for 6 months. Ahhhh I can't wait!!!! ^^^^. Now I'm working on my housing and visa since I will be there for more then 90 days. I'm praying I get at least one of the scholarships I put in for>_< , I mean seriously I put in for a ALOT of scholarships since I came back to the states in the end of December. So what have a been up to since I left Japan? Job hunting, reconnecting with my friends in the states, College, College and trying to transfer. I really want to transfer and change my major since the college I attend to at the moment, doesn't have Japanese as a major.Even though I really want to transfer and major in Japanese. I have a feeling I will go back to my dream of being a veterinarian assistant ( animal lover ^-^). That has always been my plan ,but my goals when I was 18 changed allllllllllotttttt and since I'm now 20, I feel like know what I really want to do. ^^
Anywhooooooooo , I'm looking forward to returning to Japan next year !!!
I probably won't update my blog into then ,but you never no *shrugs* sooooo~~~Peace v~~~

Sweets paradise
Hmmm how can I describe Sweets paradise^.^???. The best place to go if you have a sweet tooth for all you can eat delicious sweets!!!!. Yep you read it right! ALLLL you can eat cake, ice cream and pasta (yeah I know what you are thinking! why did they have pasta when it's called sweets paradise ? I have know idea ,but it was freakin delicious )
2 weeks before I returned to the states me and my friend Jen decided to go to harajuku since she never been to harajuku before and because I never been to sweets paradise before even though I have been to harajuku thousands of times XD.
So we decided to go on a sunday in the afternoon. Like always it was mad crowded but, that's what I love about harajuku <3 how lively it is and all the crazy fashion ! While shopping, I got stopped by some guys that were trying to lure me into there store. I went inside there store before and I new the guys pretty well , like a said I went to harajuku a thousands of times lol, So I wasn't worried.
So Me and my friend ended up going in, to check out the store once more and once again I didn't buy anything and let me tell you they tried really hard to sell me something. I kind of regret not buying the black snap back that had Tokyo on it but, I couldn't afford it even though they were trying to make a deal with me but, it was wayyy out of my price range at the time >_<.
(P.S We got stopped a lot that day/night lol. It was kind of creepy but, I won't write about that in this post. Maybe in my next one.)
After a little more shopping and looking around we soon found sweets paradise<3333 I was so ready to taste all of the different kinds of cakes and ice cream :))))
We stayed there for at less an hour and ate various of cake, ice cream and pasta!
The first flavor of ice cream I tried I thought was vanilla ,but it wasn't. I don't know what flavor it was...it kind of taste like yogurt.... LOL...I can't describe it sorry. I guess that's what I get for not reading the katakana.
(both are my plates lol )
After are hour was up, we were pretty stuffed.
I forgot how much it cost for a hour hmmm 1400en maybe I don't know but, it was totally worth it!
Definitely want to go back there when I study abroad in Japan again!

さよなら日本 (Good bye Japan )
It has been I week since I've return to the states. I'm happy to be home but, at the same time I miss Japan so much and my life there. Don't get me wrong I love my country <33333 but, I would rather be there right now lol. My experience in Japan was amazing!Everyone was so kind and helpful and being able to explore Japan with people from other parts of the USA/from different countries that also liked Japan and Japanese culture much as I did was a plus!
I'm so glad I was able to go to KCP for the fall semester and improve my Japanese skills, learn more about Japanese culture and to top that off getting that chance to met some amazing people from around the world and soon becoming close friends with!. Once again I can say it was an wonderful experience! I never thought in a life time, that I would've gotten the opportunity to study abroad in the country I have fallen in loved with when I was a child. Thanks to my wonderful parents and all the support from my family and friends :) it wouldn't been possible!
So since I've been back in the states I have been working my @ss off to find a Job and save up money so I can study abroad again in Japan for the fall semester and the spring semester of this year. ^^ I know I've told myself I would make it my goal to go in the summer ,but there is know way I will be able to make it in the summer... I think lol ,but you neverrrrrr know*shrugs*. I've already started the long process. Now I just need to talk to my global education advisor next week and get my recommendations done. I'm looking forward to going to Japan again (Finger crossed).
What will happen to this blog until then ?????
I plan on still posting things about my experience in Japan and the stuff I haven't had the chance to write about while I was there due to being mad busy. Soooo watch out ^^!
