The country side of Japan/ The Hakone/Yamanashi trip

Last week was incredible ! Saturday started very early for me. I had to wake up at 5:30am to get dress and to pack some over night clothes for the Hakone/Yamanashi trip. At 6:00am I met some of my friends down stairs and at 7:30 we made it to kcp to met with the other American students. We arrived at Odawara at about ... 10ish and then we went to the Odawara castle . After we left the castle I was so happy to notice we was able to see the one place I want to visit the most, Mount Fuji ! It was beautiful ! Hopefully in the future I will be able to come to Japan and climb Mount Fuji or maybe I can do well I'm still here you never know ^^.

I still can't believe it has been 2 months since I came to Japan and this amazing experience is about to come to a end:(.... I seriously don't want it to end..not yet. Anyway we also went to  hakone shrine and then to owakudani. My sensei told use if we eat there famous black eggs that you will add 7 years to your life... So I ended up buying 5 of them for about 500yen. I ate four of them and then I gave the last one to my friend. So now I have 25 years added to my life ^^.

.....Oh yeah I almost forgot that at the hakone shrine I was able to try on a kimono for the first time. It cost only 500yen to wear one of the kimonos. One of my friends told me that I looked nice in the pink kimono so I tried that one on. It was sooo pretty! It had sakura flowers on it. The ladies that were putting the kimono on me kept telling me how pretty I looked in it :).When I was wearing the kimono though I couldn't really breath in it lol and the sandles were kind of uncomfortable. But I'm happy that I got the chance to wear it. When me and some of my friends came out side with are kimonos on. Some Japanese people started to take pictures of use. I bet they never seen that many gaijins before in one place wearing traditional Japanese clothes.

Heres some pictures :)GN

P.S will post the rest of the pictures soon^^ I have over 300 :)
